What we collect
When you chat with SpecBot we collect the messages you send and any details you choose to share in them — typically your name, email, and a description of the project you want built. If you book a call we also store the booking time and the email and name you book with.
How we use it
Your information stays internal. We use it only to follow up on your project and for our own product communication. We never sell it or share it with third parties. By providing your contact details you agree that we can text, email, or call you about your project.
How long we keep it
The conversation you can resume in your browser expires after 24 hours. The project details you share (name, email, and what you want built) are kept in our internal records so we can follow up with you, until you ask us to remove them.
Third parties
We use a small set of service providers to run the product — including an AI model provider to power the chat, a database host to store your project details, and a scheduling tool to book calls. They process data on our behalf; we don't sell your data to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email builders@builttospec.aiand we'll take care of it.
