Every engagement follows the same five steps. The first one is free, the price is fixed against a written spec before we write code, and you own what ships.

Engagements run from $5,000 to $150,000 and up. Scope, data readiness, and integration depth move the number more than which model we use. We do not run science experiments: when a question needs an answer, we build a quick proof of concept on your data and measure it.

    Spec and PRD, yours to keep

    2 weeks. Two weeks on how the business runs, the data and tools it touches, and the architecture before any code. You keep the spec and PRD, and the build is priced against them.

  3. Proof of concept

    $5k to $25k

    One agent or automation

    4 to 8 weeks. One workflow such as answering, follow-up, or booking, running on your real data and measured against a baseline before you commit to more.

  4. Integration

    $10k to $50k

    Data sync across your tools

    6 to 16 weeks. The tools you already run talking to each other, with one accurate source of truth. Scoped by how many systems and how clean the data is.

  5. Production

    $80k to $200k+

    Custom AI software

    12 to 24 weeks. A full system that replaces a patchwork of tools: several agents, a dashboard, and the integrations between them. Where most of our engagements land.

  6. Complex builds

    $150k and up

    Multi-system platform

    6 to 12 months. Multi-system integration, evaluation sets, monitoring, and shared infrastructure across locations or products, with the access rules a growing team needs.

These are ballpark figures from typical projects, not quotes. Every build is different, and yours gets a fixed price once the spec is written.

    We find where your customer data lives and check how clean it is. If the same customer sits in three places, we catch it now, not halfway through the build.

  4. Step 4

    Architecture and agent design

    We decide which agents to build, which systems they connect to, and which model runs them.

    The spec and PRD

    We write it all up as a spec and a product requirements document. You keep both.

  6. Step 6

    A fixed build price and roadmap

    We price the build against the spec and lay it out in milestones, so you know the number before we write any code.
