6.5 mo

How this adds up

Annual cost today
8 hrs × 4 people × $40/hr × 52 weeks = $66,560, plus $200/mo in tools × 12 = $2,400 = $68,960
Annual savings
80% of $66,560 in labor = $53,248, plus the $2,400 in tools = $55,648
First-year ROI
($55,648 savings − $30,000 Integration build) ÷ $30,000 = 85%

[WHERE THE HOURS GO]

The work behind the work

None of this shows up on an invoice, but it fills the day anyway.

Time on repetitive admin

Scheduling, data entry, and status updates fill hours every week, and none of them need a person's judgment.

Errors from re-entering data

The same customer or job gets typed into two or three systems, and every retype is a chance for something to stop matching.

Follow-up that sits unread

A lead or a client message waits while your team works through everything ahead of it, and the gap between contact and reply grows.

[GOOD TO KNOW]

How this calculator works

How do the numbers get calculated?

We turn the hours, people, and hourly cost you set into a yearly labor cost, then assume about 80% of those hours move to the software and the tools you flagged come off your bill. What's left over is the savings, weighed against a ballpark build cost.

Where does the build cost come from?

It's the midpoint of the range on our pricing page for a project that size, not a number specific to your business. Your fixed price comes out of discovery, once we've seen how the work runs.

What does "fully loaded hourly cost" mean?

It's what an hour of someone's time costs the business once you add payroll tax, benefits, and overhead to the wage. If your accountant has a number for it, use theirs.

What about costs after the build?

Every build comes with a managed services plan that covers monitoring, fixes, and changes as the business shifts. We scope it in discovery, so it isn't part of this calculator's math.

What's in the PDF report?

The same numbers on this page: what the work costs today, what automation could save, the ROI and payback, and a plain breakdown of where those numbers come from.
