How does a repair trade's CRM differ from a remodeler's?

A repair trade, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, sees the same customer many times a year and rarely for long. The property and equipment records carry the value, because the unit's history is what answers "is it worth fixing again" without a call to the tech. A home service CRM for a repair shop should open on the property, not the customer, because the first question on every call is "where" and the second is "which unit."
